An agent from the attorney general’s office wrote in court files that authorities tracked child pornography videos uploaded and shared online using BitTorrent through an IP address used by Voss.

The officer obtained a warrant to search Voss’ home in the 300 block of Broadhead Avenue. He went there with other officers on Thursday and they seized a laptop computer. “There were at least 10 images and / or videos showing children under the age of 13 engaging in a prohibited sexual act and illustrating indecent contact with the child,” the agent wrote in court records.

In an interview with the agent, Voss allegedly admitted to downloading the content.
